Speaking exclusively to taach fm Bruce Bett the top female kcse candidate accompanied by her parents said she was joyous and attributed her success to self determination

“it wasnt easy ” she said “but with God grace ,hardwork ,self determination and regurlarly praying i made it”

She added that with pressure to pass not only from her parents but also every other person she wrote down what she expected to attain and hoped with that she will be ble to be among the top 10 students in the country

Her mother on her path stated that she kept pushing sharon to study and keeping her on toes while prviding her what she wanted when she was able to and whenever she was unable she would tell her.

She added that she prayed and even requested her church to pray for her daughter and kept requesting their local church pastor Agnes langat to continue praying for them

She also noted that everyone including family members , her friend, and primary school sharon atttended,

His father said sharon was very humble girl and kept encouraging her and provided most requirements.

He encouraged parents encourage children.
