The Office of the President is seeking to hire a team of senior consultants on an “as and when required basis” to help realize the government’s ambitious Bottom Up Agenda.
In an executive order, State House Comptroller said the consultants will be needed to inject transformative advisories to bolster the agenda, which has since inception in 2022 failed to materialise, targeting to improve the livelihoods of Kenyans living below the economic health.
The services of the consultants will be needed in different sectors among them macroeconomics, microeconomics, household and welfare economics, agricultural economics (value chains, agricultural finance) and natural resource economics (Energy, Environment and Climate Finance).
Others include Industrial economics, law and policy experts in the investment climate, ease of doing business, regulation, consumer protection, competition policy, property rights, climate action biotechnology, creative industries and digital economy.
Eligible individual consultants have been invited to make their applications and submit only one application in its own name in the area of specialization.
The consultants are required to provide the required qualifications and relevant experience, evidence for assignments executed and completed in the last ten (10) years, and submit a cover letter and duly filled pre-qualification forms.
