Jubilee party has cracked whip on its 6 nominated senators even as the party is grappling with bitter rivalries divisions, factions between groups allied to its two founding leaders president Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto as succession politics takes shape.

In a letter signed by its secretary General, Raphael Tuju, the ruling party has exppelled senators; Millicent Omanga, Isaac Mwaura, Mary Seneta,Naomi Waqo,Victor Prengei,Falhada Dekow on the grounds of ‘disciplinary violations per article 13 of the party constitution’.

Tuju says the expulsions takes effect immediately and that he has already conveyed with registrar of political parties and the clerk of the senate
